Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Domestic Shipping
Orders within the United States typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

International Shipping
International shipping times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist. 

 

 


Return window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Condition requirements
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached and original packaging included when possible.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, socks and underwear are final sale once opened or worn.
Final Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.

How to start a return
Email us at contact@shopvoirdire.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. If your return is approved, we’ll send return instructions.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are [paid by the customer / covered by us / deducted from the refund as a flat fee of $X]. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, the fastest way is usually to return the original item and place a new order (unless we’ve arranged a direct exchange with you).

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it.
